Mosyle’s screen view makes it easy to implement macOS and iOS remote assistance for Apple business customers
Mosyle is one of the leading Apple mobile device management vendors in the market. The company is launching a new feature called Screen View to make it easier to implement remote support for businesses and K-12 customers.
Screen View allows Apple admins to use any device signed in to the Mosyle Admin Portal to view the screen of any macOS, iOS, or iPadOS device managed by the organization. Additionally, Screen View streamlines the steps for accessing devices for remote troubleshooting, maintenance, and more.
In today’s remote and mobile environment, IT teams and administrators are overwhelmed, managing and supporting countless devices, applications and systems, âsaid Alcyr Araujo, Founder and CEO of Mosyle. âOur team is focused on simplifying these tasks by consolidating and automating the steps needed to manage, protect and support Apple devices at work and at school. Screen View is the latest example of our commitment to this vision.
Screen View is specially designed for the privacy and security of end users. During a remote session, Mosyle Screen View operates a fully encrypted peer-to-peer connection between each device, so that data remains private and is not transmitted or stored on Mosyle’s servers. In addition, the link for each Screen View session is generated on demand with a very complex URL and is securely distributed to the end user. For an added layer of privacy, the end user must approve and start each remote before it begins.
Screen View is available today with Mosyle Fuse and Mosyle Manager Premium customers at no additional cost. The new feature is supported on Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
